Fresh (ASHP’s) skilled engineers are on call to maintain your heat pump and system to not only maintain the manufacturers warranty but also ensure they are running correctly and efficiently.
Fresh enables yearly payments or monthly direct debit options for our maintenance plan providing you with as much flexibility as possible.

REPAIRS

There is up to 10-year manufacturer’s warranty on the heat pumps that Fresh supply.
We are on call 24/7 to ensure any repairs, whether they fall outside of the maintenance plan or not, are carried out speedily to ensure you remain as comfortable as possible.
More information of maintenance and repairs will be provided once your install is complete.
